    I ,Laureen Marie S. Lehayan of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Human
    Resource Development Management, am asking for your permission to allow me to cross-enroll the
    subject ENGL 1023 Writing in Discipline 3 units, at Polytechnic University of the Philippines Sta. Mesa
    because I received an INC grades for the said subject and soon was considered as a failed subject
    because I had failed to take care of the said subject within one year due to busy schedules. Also I am
    planning to take the subject the 3 unit subject ENGL 2043 Business Communication and Report Writing a
    pre-requisite subject of ENGL 1023 Writing in Discipline, during the same semester (First Semester 2014)
    I am planning to take the ENGL 1023 at PUP Sta. Mesa, but I am planning to take ENGL 2043 at PUP
    Taguig.
