Insights or Realizations
A. A totally new concept
I was unable to personally attend the LAC session since I was on vacation.
However, after reading the narrative report, I realized that I had been aware with
some of the agenda, such as the reports, teacher's timetable, and MS, MPL, and PL
reports.
The PHEA program was new to me. According to the narrative report, the board
member encourages TLE/TVL instructors to attend the said program and/or seminar
given by this organization, which is a nice concept, and I'm interested in joining.
B. A familiar concept but learned something new
It was also addressed the new schedule of submission and the co signatures for
reports.
Lessons Learned
A. Easy points
I have no difficulty in preparing the reports. The only thing that worries me is the
time and date of submission.
B. Challenging points
The schedule for submitting all reports. Because I will handle two different
curriculum grades 8 and 9, I assume it will be difficult at first to balance the time and
how to start the DLL as well as the instructional resources.
Next Course of Action
Ask technical assistance from Head Teacher, Master teacher and colleagues for
some old files and resources for grade 8 TLE lessons.

Insights or Realizations
C. A totally new concept
There was no new concept for today’s LAC session.
D. A familiar concept but learned something new
Significant finding of teacher’s performance during CO 1 was good concept for us
to make improvements for the succeeding class observation.
Lessons Learned
C. Easy points
Preparing the reports are somewhat easy for us the only thing is the time of
preparation.
D. Challenging points
One of the most difficult aspects is integrating subjects into the lesson plan that
you will provide during the class observation. We absolutely need to plan and research
the topic that will be addressed, which should be relevant to MELCS.
Next Course of Action
Ask the Master Teacher to review the lesson plan to ensure that it is well-planned
and structured.
