1. I analyzed the assessment data as best as I could and came up



with a list of skills and competencies that need to be developed.

2. I formulated lesson objectives based on the assessment data. 

3. I referred to the handbook, as well as other sources and


references, to come up with appropriate teaching strategies for
each component of the lesson plan.

4. Bonus point: I shared my draft remedial LP with a colleague,


and revised the plan based on his/her feedback.

5. I prepared the materials properly, making sure that they are 

engaging and attractive for the student.


6. I implemented the plan, trying my best to stay within the 
suggested time frame.

7. I noted down the time it took to complete each component of 


the plan, so that I can plan better for the next session.

8. I noted down the activities and materials that my student
