Meeting Agenda

1. Review of action items from the last meeting
- JL is missing time still, someone work has been sent home. There needs to be a longer meeting to talk
about his future.
- Y will contact B re: PG
- There is no on for retention. If they are in high school they can repeat courses.
- C did not need to call SG parent because she did well on the last test.
- Y will call CM mother regarding update. (Y working on Math, S on LA and C on IT)
- PBIS meeting Thursday afterschool for next week group meeting.
- R will speak with KS regarding behaviour.
- Resource are getting together to discuss Assistive Technology and PLC plan for next year.
- The co-teaching observations is still being set up.
2. School-wide Focus
- NBTAP will be here next Wed at 130. S will ask proper questions for candidates.
- Next Thursday afternoon ESST will be out for the afternoon for training on new referral form.
- Y is going to make a schedule for FI teachers for the French author coming to visit.
- Builders club are looking at collection toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, toothpaste,
deodorant, razors, and soap). We are starting with the MS, explaining to teachers and then we will
send out voicemail.
3. Individual Focus
- JS concern on his attitude and behaviour. He only works with certain people with inconsistent work
ethic. L is going to talk to him.
- WG concern with him in the classroom. Is there a processing thing, should he have universal
accommodations. Polite and hard worker and we dont want him to fall through the cracks. Could
there be a phone call made home? C.
4. Wrap up
- Next meeting will be in two weeks on Wed, May 21
st
