Project Name: FPTS (Forest Produce Tracking System)

Project Description: Forest Produce Tracking System is a web based system to
issue e-Pass for transportation of forest produce. Presently this is being used to
issue e-Transit Passes for transportation of Iron Ore. This system supports real time
vehicle tracking on geo-path, automated capturing of laden weight at weighbridge
and also QR Code enabled for automated checks.

A. Activities Performed during the period
Completed the conversion of days to hours for all the routes in the route
master and also updated the same on the server
Made Provision for DCF to modify the time taken for the route if required
before approving the RO
DMG Bulk permit and Acceptance letter has been made available for viewing
after the RO approval, Both are made available in Transit Pass RO Report
Integrated the Electronic Sign PAD under DCF module to approve the Release
Order
Provided technical support to Chaitra and Likitha for the problems faced in e-
Nursery and I-CAMS application
Generated the monthly payments report for all the divisions.

B. Problems Encountered and Corrective Actions
Updating 1900 routes from the back end
Facing problem with browser compatibility in integration of Electronic Sign
PAD

C. Planned Activities for Next Period
Integration of FPTS with DMG module for automatic capture of Bulk Permit
and relevant details Integration of FPTS with DMG and E-Sugam
Make provision in the FPTS software to stop the transit pass generation
between 10-PM to 6-AM for road movement
Forester's report to be viewed range wise.
Incorporation of Lease Register
One time RO approval for all the Legs of journey
