Team Cortland Manor,

I hope everyone is having an enjoyable summer! I would like to thank each of you for all your
hard work over the July 4th holiday; we had a fantastic sales week and a special congratulation to the
Produce Team for breaking their individual department sales record! Way to go Team!
Our Annual Veterans Campaign is in full swing and after 7 weeks we are heading toward our
goal of $10,000! Thank you to all of you for your enthusiasm and support. We have a Pasta Dinner
scheduled Thursday August 14th and for those of you that have yet to pick-up one of the store Veterans
t-shirts we still have a handful available. Please see Maggie or Magdalena.
As many of you know we have been conducting AEM Meetings and I would like to thank all that
have attended thus far. The meetings have been very productive and the feedback very informative. If
you have not yet attended, look for your invite very soon. I am looking forward to sitting with each of
you at these meetings.
Lastly, many of you may be aware of the new Newsletter that was published this month. I
encourage each of you to provide me with your thoughts and feedback of the content provided and /or
information you would like to see included. We are also still seeking a name; so get those creative
juices flowing and let us know what you think! Thank you again for all you do and I wish each of you a
