    Good relationships ARE a very important part of our lives. In everyday life and in hard
    situations optimism and kindness always help to solve any problem. People in society definitely
    like cheerful friends and smiley co-workers. A smart manager will always decide to choose a
    worker that knows how to behave himself rather than one who has a lot of degrees but
    doesn!t know how to relate with others help others and work in a team.
    "irst of all we live in A society where we communicate with each other every minute. "rom
    the first moment till the end we relate with others and we strongly depend on others. #e learn
    how to speak how to play and that means from the very beginning- communicate$ If the
    person doesn!t follow the rules then it is really hard for him to have friends and relationships
    %& and as a result he stays away from others and he is unable to find a good 'ob and I would
    even add%& A good place in life.
    (here are a lot of countries where people )A**+( find A 'ob without having connections no
    matter what degree they have. (o gain their first 'ob e,perience they have to volunteer or to
    be placed with the help of A* E-PERIE*)E. #+R/ER. .uring (0EIR training period they have to
    show themselves from the best point of view because they have to gain a good reference from
    the manager and co-workers.
    (o have a good education is also really important when the person wants to find a good 'ob.
    1ut it!s impossible to get a good education without knowing how to behave and without
    relating with teacher and classmates. 2chool and colleges do not keep rude people. People
    with inappropriate behaviour simply get e,pelled. 3oreover a lot of colleges all over the world
    make special entry tests%& where they are able to check if A student is suitable to the place.
    (hat means that unreliable people are not even accepted I*to colleges so they #I44 *+(
    receive any education. +f course there are always e,ceptions but people who don!t know how
    to communicate have a smaller chance to get a degree.
    And finally every work place has its own criteria .Personal characteristics and 5ualifications
    should be balanced then you will always find a good position and have a lot of friends. 6ust
    don!t forget to keep smiling.
