S%A& story $
Situation
In my academic course, i got an assignment worth 40% of the final grade. In which there suppose
to be five members in each group.

Task
or this, I and my friend decided to make the group with my close friends. !s we all decided
earlier, but on the spot they said that they have already form a group with some other people. This
all happened because of mis communication between all the group members.
!ction
"n that same day, i met the professor and e#plained him all the situation. $e allotted one more
member and instead of five we were only three members in the group. !s the pro%ect hold 40% and
we were only three members.To do the pro%ect, I took out special time to make research and proper
meetings for our assignment. !ll the members work hard, make proper plans and were focus to
achieve good marks in the assignments.
&esult
or all our hard work me and my group members were rewarded with fruitful results as our pro%ect
was appreciated by our professor and also we got ! grade for the pro%ect.

Situation
when i use to work in a call centre, a customer rang up complaining that he has waited for two
weeks and it is yet not delivered.
Task
Than I addressed the client's (uery and checked out what went wrong in the process.

!ction
!fter than i apologi)ed to the customer on behalf of the company, get all the details from the
customer and passed to the head of sales department, further we recogni)ed that there was some
confusion in the address of the two customers of the company. Then i let the customer know the
whole problem and for that i offered some discount to the customer.

&esults
The customer was so happy and continued to order and become a regular customer for the
company and i was appreciated for that by my boss.
