After drilling a well, one of the most major concerns is completion

operation. Although there are some different methods to completion,
according to reservoir properties, well situations and economical
considerations, the best efficient method must be selected to maximize the
production rate and minimize the costs.
In this paper, three methods of gas well completion have been introduced
and also their technical and economical aspects have been explained.
These methods include MonoBore (-in tubing), Big Bore (BB) and
Optimized Big Bore (OBB) completions.
Results show that the big bore concept, compared to the prior -in
MonoBore design, include reduced development costs by higher production
rate and requiring fewer wells. Therefore to achieve a safe, efficient and
reliable completion, modern methods can be more applicable. In fact
