CRAWL SPACE WITH COFFOR

TWO METHODS

Method 1:
In two steps: foundation then crawl
space Two pouring

1. Pouring a rough concrete at bottom of foundation

2. Placement of foundation rebarPouring foundations
3. Starter bar are ready to receive the COFFOR panels

5. Placement of COFFOR panels The COFFOR panels are

placed horizontally

6. The COFFOR panels are cut with an electric saw to leave

the thickness of the slab.

6. Positioning of rebar for the crawl space

7. Placement of the horizontal formwork for the slab The

formwork can be a COFFOR single panel or any other type
of formwork
8. Placement of rebar for slab.

BEFORE POURING CONCRETE

- The plumber must come to insert all
conduits (evacuation of water and all
plumbing).
- Installation of ventilated grids.
- The electrician must come to insert all
conduits for electrical.

9. Pouring of the crawl space together with the slab resulting in a

full monolithic structure.

Method 2:
In one step: foundation and crawl space
are built at the same time only one
pouring

1. Pouring a rough concrete at bottom of foundation

4. Placement of the COFFOR panel Panels are placed

hotizontally. The COFFOR panel goes down up the rough
concrete.
