Dear Mrs McLannan,

Your guest house has been recommended to us by our English teacher and
I am writing to enquire whether you have any rooms available this July.
There are six of us in the group, that is to say five students and our
teacher. We are planning a trip to Scotland this summer and would be
interested in reserving two twin-bedded rooms and two single rooms for
three nights from 17th July to 19th July.
If you should have rooms available for those dates I would be grateful
if you could write to me concerning the price for this period.
Furthermore I would also like to get some information about the rooms
if they have en-suite bathroom and whether any of the meals is included
in the price.
It would be also necessary to know if a deposit is required upon arrival
or in advance.
