Workers Qualification Guidelines

CONTRACTOR, JOURNEYMAN WELDING & PIPING SERVICES INTL. CORPORATION:

1) CONTRACTOR shall not assign any unqualified workers to WORK without prior written approval
of KEPPEL SUBIC SHIPYARD Management.
2) All key position STAFF must be 7 years working experience local and overseas to be assigned at
KEPPEL SUBIC SHIPYARD job site.
3) Welders such as FCAW/SMAW required at least 3 to 5 years working experience local or overseas
with valid verifiable supporting documents to be allowed to work at KEPPEL SUBIC SHIPYARD.
4) Fitter marker, lay out fitter required at least 3 to 5 years working experience local or overseas with
valid verifiable supporting document to be allowed to work at KEPPEL SUBIC SHIPYARD.
5) Grinder operator com helper required at least 1 year work experience as grinder operator know
how to safely use of large and small grinder as well as knowledge to replace carbide and disc.
6) Workers must obey all safety rules and regulation strictly and mandatory all the time failure to
comply subject for ban from entering the worksite and contractor will be required to terminate the
abusive workers immediately.
