You are
a graduate full of energy and committed to
success. You have excellent leadership abilities

Youre results-orientated and open to change.

You have
a university degree (Masters and/or Bachelors)
and a maximum of three years relevant working
experience prior to or after graduation. You hold
a driving license, speak English fluently and may
have additional languages.

For 1824 months youll be fast tracked through the heart of our
business with support along the way. Well design the programme
around your talents and ambitions, with individual career development
activities that include cross-functional and/or international projects. If
you show passion and drive, youll find unique opportunities to grow
as a future leader in a global organisation that values individual
differences in its employees just as it does in its customers. Together
well create a clear career target a project/process lead or
managerial position within five years after your programme,
depending on your aims and capabilities.
