1.) Current design of condensate drain for said school

does not comply with higher management direction.it
is recommended to reroute condensate drain and
connect it to the internal scuppers (@ internal
courtyard) and replacing these scuppers to
downspout pipe and connect it directly to storm
drainage network, instead of using the external
scuppers, to avoid sidewalk getting constantly wet.
