Please be informed that effective immediately all employees are not allowed to keep
any raw materials, printers, spare parts of printer/toner, and any other companys
property. Any employees caught with the possession of RVAs property shall be dealt
accordingly and shall be brought for further investigation by the police officer.
Be reminded also that all office supplies requisition and other request must be properly
recorded in the log sheet of the warehouse department. These office supplies are for
company use only and not for personal use/gain. Anybody caught shall be meted with
corresponding sanctions.
