Personal statement:
I am quick learner who always works with confidence to the best of my ability; I am
capable of performing with brilliance whether individually or in a team. I can
communicate effectively with a large number of people and approach every new
challenge with great enthusiasm. I enjoy working and learning new things. I am a highly
motivated and hard working individual who approaches tasks in an organised, practical
and positive manner.
I am a person who is determined to take advantage of every opportunity to develop my
skills. I am always up to new and exciting challenges. I am comfortable when making
decisions and I have a strong sense of responsibility. Im Multi-lingual with experience of
working within a multicultural environment and I am currently seeking an opportunity to
gain experience and consolidate learning within a suitable role.
Work experience:
Tallo Information Centre
In this work experience, I was working as an administrator dealing with phone calls and
customer queries.
I worked as an Admin. I was dealing with files of customers and putting them in order. I
always made sure that when customers came into our office that I greeted them and
explained the businesss offers and services that we would provide for them. I was also
picking up phone calls and speaking with customers which helped me enhance my
communication skills.
I gained valuable experience in taking responsibilities, working with other staff and
dealing with customers in an appropriate and polite manner. I believe that with this
experience, I gained excellent customer service qualities.
Education: I am currently a student at Acton High 6th Form
