Career Objective
I am a high school student eager to learn and use communication skills for customer
service to provide outstanding service to a range of clients. I am keen to develop
new skills to complement my studies and to progress in the customer service
industry, as well as in commerce.

I have experience in customer service, which has helped me to develop strong
interpersonal skills. I get along well with others and always conduct myself with the
utmost professionalism
Communication skills
I am a confident communication, having developed strong verbal communication
skills in my customer-facing roles. I am able to clearly provide information and
interact with customers in a friendly manner.
Volunteering work
I have taken part in volunteer customer service work; selling goods to customers at
Riverton Baptists Christmas carols in the years 2010, 2011 and 2012.
I have hosted the canteen for Riverton Baptists boys brigade in the year 2009 as
well as doing customer service work in charity work hosted by the Riverton Baptist
boys brigade in the years 2008 and 2009.
Throughout all of these years I have gathered interpersonal skills and
communicational skills that are needed to be a customer service worker.
