Rules and Regulations

1 Every player will be allotted 1000 points.
2 Antes(compulsory blinds) will start with 50 points.
3 Antes increase by 50 after 1 player is eliminated.
4 Each player will be given two alphabets to start with.
5 A flop of 3 alphabets will be opened after an initial round of betting of points.
6 A turn card (alphabet) will be opened after another round of betting of points.
7 A river card (alphabet) will be opened after another round of betting of points.
8 A final round of betting of points will take place after which the hand will be decided.
9 The hand will be decided on the basis of points pertaining to each alphabet of the formed
word.
10 Points will be awarded if and only if the word is eligible.
11 The player with the maximum points from his word wins.
12 A letter within the hand must be compulsorily used.
13 Minimum 3 letter words must be spelled and maximum can extend up to 7 letters.
14 Proper nouns, plurals and abbreviations are not allowed.
15 For a letter pair, player gets 5 points extra to his tally of points earned from the word.
16 The paired letter cannot be used to form the word.
17 A table will consist of only 10 hands and at the end of it top 3 contestants will be
promoted to the next round on the basis of their points.
