Alle onderdelen minstens noemen.
Let op de alinea indeling.
Vergeet niet het land waar je naar toe schrijft te noemen.
Geen want to, maar would like to in de meeste gevallen.
Also niet aan begin van een zin.(zie ook 39)
Geen woonplaats voor de datum.
Let op een logische datum.
Na elke alinea een regel overslaan.
