Poetry Project
Next week we will begin a unit about poetry in English. For this project, your child needs to be
looking for his or her favorite poem. This favorite poem needs to be turned in to me by
Wednesday, April 29. By the way, did you know that April is National Poetry Month? You
might want to take this opportunity to share your favorite poem with your child!

Mystery Reader
I would like to thank Samuel
Pieh, Claras dad, for being
our Mystery Reader today. I
appreciate so much his
willingness to share his time
and talents with us! What a
great treat with which to end
the week!
