Informing: T will thoroughly explain all rules
and regulations listed below and show Ss
on the field where everything is set up. Ss
will also have an opportunity to ask any
questions that they have or explain anything
that is confusing. After checking for
understanding the T will decide if it is
appropriate to move on with the lesson or
further clarify.


Transition: T will split students into 2 groups
of 15 students each based on skill level



Pre-activity Teamwork: During this time Ss
will be instructed to decide what players will
be on offense and defense. Additionally, Ss
will decide if they want to use a person to
person defense or a zone type defense.
Lastly, Ss will need to articulate the to T
some type of attacking strategy that they
plan to use.


Activity #1 Capture the flag: T will explain
the rules and regulations of capture the flag.
Both teams have offensive and defensive
players, students choose but must stay in
that role for the entire game. Each side of
own teams side is safe, cannot be tagged
