    MISSION

    The mission is a purpose.


    Leaders focus the attention of a group on a
    purpose.

    VISION

    The vision of a leader is a plan that we do


    in a period of time planned.

    ACTION

    Action is the process of seeing results


    through work.

    A leader organizes work around results that


    make the vision a reality.

    VALUES
    The set of values of a true leader maintains clear
    vision and promotes accountability for a project.

    MOTIVATION
    The motivate members, challenge, encourage and
    empower them to move the team to give you a
    reason to implement any project hard.
