## All information (rebar consumption, casting area & casting volume) collected from
the Project-in-charge by over phone.
**All Cylinder design strength has been achieved at 7 days or 28 days successfully.

Note: Each level of column set casting done in two times & each time QMD checked
in three stages (Rebar, shutter & casting check). So, 6 times visit required before one
level of column set casting. And 3 times (Beam rebar, slab rebar & slab casting) of
QMD visit needed before a slab casting.

So, total visit with Report 121 times & Random visit without report
20 times (approximately) = 141 times (approximately).
