    togetbetterandmoreflawlessastheyearswenton.Hehasnevershiedawayfromtryingnew
    thingsandworkinghardtobecomegreatatit.

    Inadditiontohisdeterminationandskill,Rafaelisagreatstudentandkindtohispeers.He
    alwaysofferstopickuptheballsandorganizetheequipmentafterpractice,andgivesridestohis
    teammatesaftergames.Hesagiftedathleteandawonderfulinfluenceonothers.
