Dear Review Board;

It is a pleasure to write a letter of recommendation for Sarah Ketzenberg. I met Sarah during the 2015-
2016 club volleyball season my daughter was participating in and was immediately impressed with not
only her coaching skills but also her ability to interact with kids of all ages. She is much more than a
sports coach, she is teaching young people life skills that will help throughout their life.

I have 14 year old boy/girl twins. My son has always been an athlete and I have worked with many
coaches over the years in various disciplines. My daughter has only joined sports in middle school and
is a very shy reserved young lady. Sarah did not hesitate in her interactions with my daughter, she went
above what most coaches are willing to do in order to get young adults to participate and feel welcome
on any team and at the same time make sure that all team members are receiving equal coaching. My
daughter was accepted on two club teams and chose to play on Sarah's team 100% because of Sarah's
personality and her ability to connect with the players on the court.

Sarah is probably the best youth coach I have been involved with in the ten years of my kids
participating in sports. I honestly believe Sarah will make an amazing athletic director because of her
ability to connect with kids from all walks of life. Her dedication to our youth and adults of tomorrow
is not easily found in any person. She has a natural ability that most coaches should strive to attain, on
the court, and off.

I would recommend, without hesitation, Sarah Ketzenberg for any coaching position. There is no
doubt in my mind any player Sarah has the opportunity to work with will be a better person/athlete for
having worked with her.
