Plants sustain life on earth and play a role
in our lives.

This week in math, we focused on

counting in 10s and 1s.
We learnt about the parts of a plant
and we conducted an experiment to
find out what plants need to be
healthy.

Plant care.

How plants contribute to life.

As the end of term approaches,

next week we will be beginning
assessments. We will be focusing on
various language and math skills so
this is a prime opportunity to review
concepts at home. Some areas you
may want to focus on are tricky
words, reading skills, and basic math
concepts such as shape and counting.

Some of us even went on a class trip

to the Garden Centre!
