GENERAL BLUESTREAK RULES:

RESPECT
i.

ii.

iii.

We as owners of Bluestreak motorsports make decisions based on our own thoughts in the best
interest of fairness for all drivers and friends. If any driver is found to be disrespecting another driver,
league or event publicly or privately (which is brought to our knowledge) they will be spoken to, and
possibly asked to park for 2 weeks or to a larger extent, leave our league.
If you are publicly flaming another league, racer or event you will absolutely be warned and or banned
from Bluestreak motorsports. Publicly flaming means even private messaging several people in order
to undermine another driver/league.
If you blatantly disrespect an owner of Bluestreak or our league, you will be banned from our league
without question and without notice.

TEAMSPEAK CONDUCT
i.

ii.
iii.
iv.
v.

We have such a blast on TeamSpeak and that is pretty much the greatest part about this league!
However, there are quite a few younger drivers in our league as well as children who come in and
practice with us.
Foul language, sexual innuendo, and fellow driver harassment will not be acceptable.
You will be warned once when you begin to cross the line.
The second time you will be ejected from the race without consultation.
After the race, most children are in bed and its free game... but during practice and during the race,
behave.

POINTS STANDINGS
i.
ii.
iii.
iv.
v.
vi.

All posted points standings will be unofficial until 24 hours after each race in order to allow for proper
discussion between admins and drivers should any incident be questioned.
If you feel you dont deserve the penalty that you received, please come and discuss this with the
admins on the night of the race.
We will always be open to review any decisions made, and the outcome may or may not change
depending on what your position is.
Proper respect must be given to admins at all times of the discussion. We are here to help you!
If you were involved in an incident you must have a replay saved to justify your case.
After 24 hours, all decisions will be final.

RACE RESTARTS
i.

We will allow for ONE RESTART ONLY within the first lap of the race should there be a caution before
the last car crosses the S/F line. UNLESS IT IS A TV RACE. IN A TELEVISED RACE THERE WILL BE 0
RESTARTS!!!

ii.
iii.
iv.

All points races will be considered finished if the race is more than 50% complete as long as an export
is saved.
If an export is not saved it is up to the admin of the series to decide to re-run the race or rain it out.
Any race that is less than 50% complete will be rescheduled

TRACK VERSIONS / SCHEDULES / SETUPS

i.

ii.
iii.

The track versions will be available for download on TeamSpeak in a track pack at the start of each
series. Or on the night of the race. As owners with a large family we will be attempting to get every
series into a track pack or at least get all tracks uploaded for the week ahead of time.
Once the schedule is in place, the version of the track will NOT change unless there is an issue with the
server/track combination or a human error in selecting/posting a track.
The only exceptions to the above are:
a. If the owners/admins decide otherwise at least 12 hours before a race
b. Fun runs will always be up for switching at any point

BLOCKING/LOW LINING
i.
ii.
iii.
iv.

There is NO BLOCKING until 1 to go.

If you are found to be blocking after a driver requested review you will be placed last on lead lap postrace.
In superspeedway races there is a fine line between low lining and blocking.
Low-lining or hugging the inside line for more than two laps will be considered blocking on
superspeedways until there are 10 laps or fewer to go.

CAUTIONS
i.
ii.
iii.
iv.
v.
vi.
vii.
viii.

At Bluestreak, we work on the honour system. Admins will not call fault mid-race.
If you are at fault for causing a yellow, please be respectful and own it.
If you cause a caution you must do a drive through the pits the second time by if the game allows and
do a 4 tire pit stop.
If you cause someone to spin/wreck in the pits, you will receive -5 points post-race penalty unless you
drive through the next time by (under caution or during green flag condition).
If you do not do a drive through, and the caution is deemed to be your fault, you will be scored last in
the race results and possibly a 10 points penalty post-race.
If you are at fault for 2 incidents you are required to park for the night.
If you cause a yellow in the last 5 laps of the race and advance your position because of it, your points
WILL NOT reflect your finishing position.
In the results, it will appear that you have finished in that position, however you will be scored with last
place points.

CONDUCT UNDER CAUTION

i.
ii.
iii.
iv.
v.
vi.
vii.

Please respect drivers and admins by keeping quiet during the beginning and at the end of the caution
laps.
Drivers must maintain their racing positions and there is no racing back until 10 to go.
If you pass for position under yellow and did not give the position back, you must do a drive through
the pits, otherwise you may receive a 10 point post-race penalty IF a driver brings it to our attention..
All lapped cars must pit the second time by.
If you pit after the lapped cars, and you end up behind them...tough
Do not barrel through a wreck. If you are consistently barrelling through the wrecks you may be
penalized 10 points post-race IF a driver brings it to our attention.
When a caution comes out please slow down to safely avoid a wreck.

RESTARTS UNDER CAUTION

i.

Restarts will be single file.

DRIVER CONDUCT BEFORE RACE / DURING RACE / AFTER RACE

i.
ii.
iii.
iv.
v.
vi.
vii.
viii.

ix.

x.

All drivers must come to race prepared in TeamSpeak with a working mic during race conditions, unless
previously discussed with admins.
During practice, if you are going to exit and return to your pits please pull down to the apron or out of
the way as best as possible.
During practice, please do not mess around and wreck. That is what Happy Hour is for.
All drivers must exit the server and return to desktop for server reset at the admins request. Failure to
do so will result in you being ejected from the server.
After the server reset you are not allowed to disconnect manually. If you do, you may come back in and
watch the race, but you will not be allowed to participate.
If you fall out due to internet issues you will be allowed back in to race, however, no laps will be added
back.
Intentionally bringing out a caution will result in you being parked from that series for 1 week.
Intentionally wrecking another driver will result in a severe admin review as well as a mandatory
discussion between Joe, Rachelle, and all drivers involved. This could result in a penalty anywhere
from a 10 point post-race penalty, or, depending on severity, to a complete ban from the league.
Driver retaliation will NEVER be allowed here.
After race, the admin may ask for any or all drivers to pass post-race tech. This requires you to take a
screen shot of your tire wear AND/OR tire temps and submit through the webpage. You will be
allowed 24 hours post-race to submit your screenshots.
Failure to submit your screenshot will result in your disqualification from the race.

BLACK FLAGS
i.

No Black flags will be cleared unless you are the lucky dog.

LUCKY DOG / WAVE AROUND

i.
ii.

iii.
iv.

If you are the first lapped down car at the time of the yellow according to the standings, and you did
not cause the yellow, you are eligible for the lucky dog. An admin will advise you of your status.
If you are the lucky dog, you pit the second time by with all the other lapped down cars. When you exit
the pits please inform drivers lucky dog coming high and then get up beside the pace car. Once the
lights go out you can drive around the pace car and catch up to the end of the field. Your Black flag will
be cleared.
On superspeedways, the lucky dog will get an EOLL penalty the SECOND TIME BY when the game
allows and your lap will be added back when the green flag flies.
Bluestreak Motorsports does NOT do wave arounds.

possibly open the server to help you, and work together with you to make your racing experience more

Bluestreak admins (at their discretion) may decide to place you in an easier series for you to learn the
ropes
