My objective is to find a 400+ hour internship in the Baking and Pastry field.
Looking to enhance and use the skills I have acquired at the New England Culinary
Institute and on my previous internship at Island Creek Oyster Bar, Boston Ma.
Having past experience in the savory, and pastry field, Im looking to widen my
spectrum of Pastry and Plated desserts.
