Objective
Currently a BA student at the New England Culinary Institute studying culinary arts, seeking a 700 hour internship over the course of 6 months where I can practice my knowledge and learn more about the industry. With some previous industry experience I appreciate the need not to only work hard in the kitchen but also to be committed, reliable, and passionate about what I do.

House of Pizza Saint Johnsbury, VT May 2013- Present Line Cook, Shift Leader I was responsible for maintaining the front and the back of the house, opening/ closing the restaurant. I also did all station rotation, schedules, expediting, and was constantly on cash register. Pizza Hut Littleton, NH Dec. 2012- Sep. 2013 Server, Line Cook I was responsible for maintaining the front of the house, assigned/ took sections, cash register, and other front of the house jobs such as stocking and cleaning. I also prepped for the kitchen, responsible for taking orders, producing orders, and inventory. Alpine Valley Concord VT Aug. 2012-Dec.2012 Prep Cook, Line Cook I was responsible for, prep work for the kitchen, producing food to order, cash register, and taking orders.
