Objective: Im looking for an adventurous and challenging 700 hour internship. Throughout this Internship I want to work as a team with knowledgeable chef that will help me meliorate my skills beyond NECI. Not only enhance my skills on the line but get a better understanding about food. I want to work my way from the bottom to the top, take in as much information as I can so that I make the most out of the internship and practice my skills that I have learned out in the real world.
