Literacy:

We have continued with our daily phonics

program. Students completed their first phonics
unit and have now begun to look at r, l, u, i, b, d,
f, h. Students enjoyed various games and
activities to help them practice this. During our
writing periods students were shown how to
make simple lists by folding a paper in half.
Students made lists about their friends,
favourite foods, and other thing they liked.
