STAGES OF THE LESSON


1. Class organisation
Aim : preparing the class for the new lesson

2. Activity 1
Procedure: T. is going to stick on the blackboard and on the walls some stickers written
with some irregular verbs. Ss. will come to the bb. and will try to match the infinitive of
each verb with its past simple counterpart.

Procedure: T. tells ss to open their books at page 64 and to look at the picture. He asks
them to describe Spike and how is she feeling.

Procedure: Ss. will listen to the dialogue and will read silently a few times.

Procedure Ss will read the text on roles a few times in order to improve their
