AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING ALL CHAINSAW OWNERS IN THE MUNICIPALITY TO DECLARE THEIR CHAINSAWS TO THE MUNICIPAL ASSESSORS OFFICE PROVIDING PENALTY TO OWNERS OF CHAINSAW NOT DECLARED Be it Ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Balbalan in session assembled: Section 1. All Chainsaw Owners in the Municipality of Balbalan are required to declare their Chainsaws to the Municipal Assessors Office of the Municipality. Section 2. Any person caught violationg this Ordinance shall be punished by a fine of not less than Five Hundred (P500.00) Pesos but not exceeding One Thousand (P1,000.00) Pesos and the owner shall be required to register or declare the same. Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect Ten (10) dyas upon its approval and posting on the bulletin board of the Town Hall and the Fourteen (14) Barangays of the Municipality.
