Curriculum Corner
Bible Unit 3: Last Days of Judah. We have been exploring the kings
of Judah and the warning God sent His people. We are paying special
attention to Gods covenants and how He keeps His word, always.
Bible Memory due by Friday Romans 12:9-11. Love must be

sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good.Be

devoted to one another in love. Honor one another
above yourselves. Never be lacking in zeal, but keep
your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord.

Math We will study Converting Measures, Measurement Equations,

Roman Numerals, and Problem Solving with Measurement. Quiz #3
on Thursday and then we move on to fractions. We will continue
with daily Speed Drills and practicing math concepts with Drops in
the Bucket sheets.
Language ArtsSpelling Poppy List #2 List was given to students on Friday.
Spelling Pretest on Monday and Test on Friday. Vocabulary Test
on Friday.
English As a class we will complete our Compare/Contrast Essay on
characters from Ragweed this week. Students will edit and revise
their papers.
Reading We will be reading from Poppy by Avi. Students will
complete Poppy Packet #2 this week includes comprehension
questions, vocabulary practice and book activities will be due on
Friday. Students should complete it in class. Comprehension Test
on Friday.
