Steps
220V DCDB and 415V ACDB condition in Switchyard Panel room
Outgoing feeders from 220V DCDB panel to switchyard relay Panels
Outgoing feeders from 415V ACDB panel to BMK
Outgoing supply MCBs in BMK and relay panels
Any Protection group/Trip relay not operated.
Busbar Protection not Operated
409-52 Trip coil-1&2 condition healthy
PTW closed if any.Physically ensure the area for clearance
Bay Earthswitches and Bus Earthswitch condition OPEN (Confirm Physically)
Physical inspection of CVT,CT for oil leakages & oil level respectively.
Physical check of SF6 gas pressure and Spring status
Earthswitch handle interlock castle key is restored
Check the selector switch is in MASTER mode physically in R-Ph isolators control cubicle
Check the selector switch is in MASTER mode physically in R-Ph earthswitches control cubicle
Ensure bay isolators, Earth switches and Circuit breaker close permissves satisfied
