Come and join us for a fun filled event and tell us your story about
what you have achieved.

Your achievement or story could be in any of the areas listed

below:

Sport e.g. winning medals or just taking part

Culture e.g. being creative with art, music or drama
Transition e.g. taking a step into adulthood
Work - e.g. getting a paid job, volunteering or work experience
Choice and Independence e.g. travelling, getting a house
Health e.g. getting fit, losing weight or keeping active
Community Contribution e.g. helping others
Education e.g. getting a qualification or graduating from college

If you or your organisation wants to share your achievements or story

please fill in the Show and Tell booking form.

A Show and Tell space where you or people you support can tell
or show what youve achieved.
A Performance space to make an individual presentation, show a
video or a talented team display

This is a FREE EVENT welcome to all with delicious cakes and

refreshments provided during the day.
