**Directions to students**
1- When you find a donor, fill out their name and how many pennies they will donate for
each minute you read.
2- On Tuesday, December 8th, bring this donor card to school and we will find out total donations
during math class.

3- After math class, on December 8th December 10th, return to each donor listed below
and with lots of gratitude and joy, collect their donations and get their signature.
4- Return all donations to Mrs. Carter or Mrs. Johnson (school secretaries) in the Spanish
Oaks Elementary front office. Have them sign and date the bottom of this page and return
this page to your parents
