With a land area of 161.126 sq. km and a population of 3.086 Million as of 2014, Quezon City is
considered to be the largest city in the country. It is composed of six districts wherein Disctrict 2 has the
largest population. Its land area is: 7.27% commercial; 7.19% Residential; 4.17% Industrial. This city is
known to be a media center since this is the site where many broadcast stations here in the Philippines are
located.
Quezon City's communication system is powered by the PLDT, Globe Telecom, BayanTel, and
others. Cellular networking in the Philippines, particularly the metropolitan areas, is increasing rapidly
together with the low cost of calls and text messaging. Such big companies that control the cellular
networks in the Philippines and Quezon City itself are Globe Telecom, Smart Communications (PLDT) and
Sun Cellular from Digitel. Digitel has its main headquarters along Eulogio Rodriguez, Jr. Avenue (C-5) in
Bagumbayan.

Pasig City, with a land area of 31 sq. km and having a population of 670, 000 as of 2010 via
census, is classified as a highly urbanized city. It has 30 barangays and 2 districts. This city is known for its
historical significance during the time of Katipunan. Like Makati, Pasig is also known for its tall
establishments. The Ortigas Center is considered to be this city's business district as it houses different
commercial and residential buildings. This includes DepEd, and malls like SM Megamall, St. Francis
Square, and Tiendesitas.

Makati City belongs to the seventeen urban centers that define Metro Manila, one of the most
highly populated Metro regions anywhere. Having a population of over half a million people, Makati is rated
as the 42nd most densely populated city in the world, with roughly 7,200 residents per square mile.

Makati is notable for its exceptionally multicultural lifestyle, and for it's reputation as a major entertainment
center in the Manila area. Expatriates often choose to live in Makati, which has caused a large expatriate
community to grow in the area with citizens from all over the world. Makati is well known also for its top
notch shopping and department stores, found in the Greenbelt, Rockwell Center, Glorietta Mall, and Ayala
Center. The city also also boasts the tallest building in the Philippines with the PBCom Tower.
