January 15th 2016: Mentorship: TAT leaders transition.

The names of the new leaders (Zahra, Shuaib and Aahil) have been listed in this doc:

Below is a list of all the responsibilities that were previously done by Ahadu, Albert and myself
but now taken up by the new leaders:
Shuaib Mohammed:
1) Booking transport using the SS Transport Requests Doc
2) E-mail reminders on the ManageBac group reminding students where to meet,
who the organizers are, etc.
Zahra Fazal:
1) Responsible for preparing the equipments needed for the session through
emails.
2) Contacting Mtoni school to let them know whether they need to bring swimsuits,
whether to come or not, etc.
Aahil Jasani:
1) Booking area (my advice is that this doc should be filled at the start of the
semester - we have talked about this before), using 15/16 Sem 1 - Shared facilities
(Please note that doc might be changed due to the change in Semester)
2) Taking attendance at the start of the session using Mtoni attendance
Green - present
Yellow - Absent with reasons
Red - Late with reasons
Blue - excused absent with reasons
