GROUP PROJECT GUIDELINES:

INTERIM REPORT DUE November 15th (send to my e-mail)


FINAL REPORT - DUE December 1st

I.

Meet with your teammates and discuss the case.


Collect and organize facts.
Distinguish between facts and opinions.
Determine factors contributing to the problem.
Discuss general principles, ideas, and theories.
Separate your findings and create five (or four, or six -depending on number of students in
the group) distinct areas for discussions.
Assign one area to a team member for further development.

II.
Write a report restating the case in your own words (assuming five members in the
team)
Title page should include the case title and names of all team members.
Identify five sections of the report.
All team members must contribute to the report.
Each member must contribute at least of a page (each contribution on separate page
-provide Last/First name of each contributor).
Report should be: Times Roman, Size 11, 1.5 spaced, Margins 1 around.
III.
Create a presentation
Presentation should consist of 7 slides (two introductory slides, and one slide for each
member of the team).
First slide: Case Title, Names of the team members.
Second slide: Your written report condensed into five bullets describing the following five
slides.
Slides 3-7: Prepared and presented by each member.
Team leader will present Slides 1 & 2.
Each team member should prepare and practice 60-90 seconds presentation.
All slides should be prepared according to guidelines attached.
IV.
Labor Disputes
The project must be done as a joint effort, with all teammates sharing in the workload. Team
members that are consistently deficient on attendance or workload will be terminated (by the

team members) from the team and not assigned any credit for the project. Any potential conflicts
in the team should be dealt with promptly.

Creating video presentation
Use camera, cell phone or any video recording device to record your groups presentation. If you
can, combine the individual videos into one and let your team leader upload the entire video,
otherwise each member should upload his/her video individually.
