Theme is Saturday Morning Cartoons

We need volunteers to help promote Circle K to prospective members.
b. DCON (District Convention)-Friday March 4th-Sunday March 6th
i. Takes place the Radisson Hotel by Austin Strabual Airport
ii.
Its a weekend of fun community service activities and workshops.
iii.
If you are interested fill out the registration form ASAP so we can book
hotel rooms for the event.
iv.

c. UWGB Nites-Friday February 19th
i. Star Wars Theme
ii.
Runs from 10:00-1:00
iii.
Volunteers will begin setting up at 9:00pm
d. Kiwaniss Club Meetings-Held every week
i. Our local Kiwaniss Club who sponsor our club meet every week at the
Rites Place in Green Bay.
ii.
They meet at 12:00pm on odd day Tuesdays of the month and at
6:00pm on the even Tuesdays of every month

Elections-Its time to pick a new executive board for next year!!!

i. We will have nominations on the February 8th and February 15th
meetings

The election will take place on February 22nd
iii.
You have to be nominated by someone else.
iv.
Nominees will have to give a brief speech why they are qualified to the
position they are running for.
v. Only paid members can run.
vi.
New Executive Board will take over on April 1st (Circle K New Year)
