    Results based on new model:
    1. Time period 3.03 sec.

    Allowable Time period = 0.075 x (74.7)0.75 = 1.90 sec.
    Time period enhanced Seismic (40%) = 1.90 x 1.4 = 2.66 sec.
    Time period enhanced PDelta effect another (20%) = 2.66 x 1.2 = 3.19 sec.
