RE: Letter of Recommendation for Ariel Vincent
To whom it may concern,
It is with pleasure that I recommend Ariel Vincent. Ariel is a fantastic young woman who I have
had the honor to teach this past year.
To begin with, Ariel cares about the people around her and is an exceptionally hard and committed
worker. She has achieved an A- and an A+ in the first two quarters of the year. She is on track to
receive another A in the third quarter.
Ariel has done incredible work. She is taking my Technology 2 class and has been producing high
quality work since day 1. One of our first projects was creating a children's story using the
program, Storybird. But there was a catch. Ariel and her team were assigned to interview and work
with a group of 2nd grade students. The 2nd graders were the "clients". She and her team created
an outstanding story that was based on the desires of her demanding clients. To me, this
demonstrates a capacity to listen, be creative, problem solve and work collaboratively. The
academic project was a success but what is more important are the above skills she demonstrated.
Finally, what strikes me most about Ariel is her quiet determination. Whether it is in her academic
studies as a player on the school's volleyball team or the manager of the basketball team, Ariel
doesn't give up. She keeps working until she achieves the goal she desires.
