Aging of Coastal Bend: August 2014-present
Information & Referral Specialist/Caregiver support: perform a multitude of tasks varying
from clerical work to directing clients to the proper resources needed on a client to client basis.
Printing, copying, multi- line phone, referrals for coordination. HIPPA trained. Knowledgeable
in the purpose of the ADRC program and the services it provides through
resources such as
Options Counseling, Housing Navigation and Respite care. Maintains interviewing expertise by
answering a multi-line phone system for No Wrong Door/Single Door Entry Point System into
