(JKRRDA),P.M.G.S.Y,J&K,Srinagar Vide his No:2702-20 Dated:10-07-2008, where under it is

mentioned that as per the guidelines of PMGSY no payment shall be made on account of any bill
unless the laboratories are established and made functional.
It was observed by the Worthy Chief Engineer during his recent visits, and stressed upon
for establishment of the labs and maintaing quality controll registers to avoid any adverse remarks
by the SQMs/NQMs
