Carry out inspection of work results in accordance with the stages mentioned in the ITP and ensure
the work results are made and stored properly.
Make reports of aberration that occur and follow up
1. Install scaffolding to serve as a working platform and safe access in and out of Water Tank;
Fig 4.: Typical Elevation for Formworks on Column and Walls with construction joints
2. Ensure all scaffolding has green tags for safe use during rebar and form work installation;
3. Complete scaffolding set-up and access stairs. Proceed to rebar and formwork installation.
2. Starter bar shall prepared on the concrete slab (e.g. B2 & B1 cast-in-situ slab)
3. Any opening shall prepared using block out or pipe sleeves
4. Rebar that has been cut shall be compensated with trimmer bar as mention on IFC structural
drawing.
5. After rebar installed, all constructin joint location shall be installed with WATERSTOP as per
Cemenaid’s recommendation.
6. Install block out for manholes provision and install MEP pipe sleeves;
7. Inspection shall be done by QC team;
8. Formwork closing.
9. Can proceed to concrete casting.
C. Concrete Casting
1. Prepare concrete casting tools and equipment at designated working area (e.g. concrete
vibrator).
2. The casting sequence shall follow as per agreed with construction and qaqc.
3. Concreting using waterproofing concrete f’c 55 MPa (e.g. Cementaid’s 3CC water proofing
concrete)
4. While concreting is on-going, ensure to monitor the surrounding supports and joints;
5. Ensure to use concrete vibrator to avoid honeycomb and segregation.
6. Concrete casting will be completed when it reach the construction joint level.

construction work begins through safety induction
2. Work order, the potential that can cause work accidents both equipment, material and work methods
must be explained in the initial stages and at the pre-start meeting. This was stated in detail in the
job safety analysis (JSA).
3. All people involved in work must wear personal protective equipment in the project area. The
provision of security signs and work safety is always placed in the appropriate location.

used in the construction process periodically.
5. Special things that require attention:
Material placement
Inspection of transportation access
Lifting equipment does not experience overload
Use slings in good condition, planned length, and according to the load lifted
Attention is directed specifically to chemical material (admixture), give a special place with
special marks
Every supporting material must have an MSDS
