On receipt of Annual Leave Card, Bank Worker must complete the annual leave request
dates and return to Workforce Solutions Team for processing. Please note a minimum of 2
weeks notice is required, however, for guaranteed payment on due date, 3 weeks notice is
required.
Best practice indicates 7 days annual leave should be taken in each accounting period. For
bank workers wishing to carry forward leave this must be agreed by the workforce
solutions/bank managers. A maximum of 7.5 hrs will be paid per annual leave day.
