Education&program.&&In&the&fall&of&2015,&Morgan&was&a&student&in&my&math&and&science&methods&course,&
in&which&I&evaluated&Ms.&Hillikers&coursework&and&supervised&her&completion&of&a&90Jhour&internship&in&
a&third&grade&classroom.&&I&am&currently&supervising&her&14Jweek&student&teaching&experience&in&that&
same&third&grade&classroom,&and&also&teaching&her&senior&capstone&seminar.&

It&has&been&a&joy&to&get&to&know&Ms.&Hilliker!&&She&is&an&outstanding&student,&exhibiting&strong&writing&
skills,&analytical&abilities,&and&is&always&well&prepared.&&While&Ms.&Hilliker&is&more&of&an&introvert,&her&
vocal&and&written&input&displays&her&profound&capability&to&see&the&big&ideas.&&She&is&an&active&learner,&
asking&questions&to&deepen&and&solidify&her&understanding.&&Ms.&Hilliker&exerts&herself&as&a&professional,&
both&in&the&university&classroom&and&elementary&classroom&setting.&

Paralleled&to&her&academic&strengths&are&Ms.&Hillikers&stellar&teaching&abilities.&&Having&had&the&chance&
