Day1 Sunday 21 February 2016

The first day in the school was in 21-2-2016. I arrived at 7:40 am. I found my friend they
were already there. We were waiting the teacher to guide us. At 7:50 Oclock the teacher
arrived and she welcome us but she was shocked because she not know we will come in this
day and she says, the college doesn't confirm that you will come to the school. However, she
tells us to sit until she brings the paper. After that she gave us paper that include our name
with our teacher. I was with teacher Shamsa. Then we went to assemble they read Quran then
they do some exercises after that they went to the class by make a line.
In the beginning when I see her face I feel she uncomfortable because she thought we will
came in next week, but I was happy when I see a young kids. The first class I observe her
was reviewing. Teacher Shamsa review with them the letter and she gave each student board
and tells them to write letter different letter. After, that she tell them to clean the board by
tell them riser the board and song, then she tell them to draw circle and squire. I see how the
children understand her and I think they already take English class in KG1 but she tell me
they just take it when become KG2 and she upset because some student feel difficult for him.
Also she gave them question in the board and they match the letter, and show them picture and
the student tell her what the letter the picture start.
After they write she tells them to clean the board and put all board in the basket while she tell
them she count until number ten. After that, she gave each student card and tells them to write
their name on it. There are some student not know how to write the letter of their name in the
line but teacher doesnt matter for writing on the line, she just want from them to learn how
to write their name. After that, she shakes the bell to let them finish. In the end of the class
she shows them a letter song.

I found the second class very active more than the first class the teacher was repeated the
same lesson. She starts welcome them, and then she takes attendants, helper hand, and sings
the weather song, then days of the week song. After that, she review with student the litter
and shapes by show them video then she ask them some question about letter. I see there are
different ability stage, high level, medium level and low level. The teacher show for low level
activity that include question about litter and they choose the letter, and for middle student she
let them to match the capital letter with small litters and for high level she but for them a picture
and they tell her what the letter start the picture. After that, she let them to write the letter in the
board. While student write their name in the board some student say for other student you are
stubbed then teacher say no we not say this word God not like this word. After that, she tells the
student to apology for other student and say sorry for ten times. After student finish write she
gave them stacker. Then she closing time by show them song

Monday: 22 February 2016


The second day was very interesting; I arrived at 7:41. Then I wait until the
student come to take them to assemble. The children chanted the national
anthem. Then they read Quran. After that, they do some exercise, then the
teacher do some activity in assemble its about activity that talk about the benefit
of plant and they do competitions between children. It was fun. Then they let
them to make line to go to the class.
In this day I observe Arabic class. In the beginning the teacher welcomes the student, then she
tells them to read Quran after that she show them about seven Emirates and ask them who is the
present of UAE, then she ask them about Martyr's Day. The student was very clever. After that,
she gave them a new lesson is about the part of the tree and she let them too went outdoor and let
them to explore the tree. And tell them to collect roots .After that she tell the student to come
back to the class and create a tree from the roots the collect. After they finish
she tell them to put it in the art area. Then she ask them what they do today
and what the part of the plant. I feel interesting when I observe them and I
believe the children learn from doing. Also, when the student feels happy and
comfortably they will learn more as a Krashen's theory he says if the children
feel non-confidence will not learn. That shows how important to let the student
feel interesting and comfortable and confidence because they will learn more.

I was exciting to see the kids. I arrived at 7:43. After assemble the class start
At 8:30, the teacher let other Intern to teach. She name is Mariam. Mariam
teach them letter R. In the beginning she review letter R by show them
video. Then she writes in the board. After that, she let them to write in the
air. Then she show them many slide that include picture that start with
letter R. Then she let them to write name of picture they see it. The
children were making compete to for how write faster. After that, she let
them to create a rocket. The children were very happy and they make a
wonderful rocket that includes their picture on it. Then they put it in a big
board in the wall. The children feel proud and share what they make with
their peers. I like this activity especially when they put own picture. After
that, she let them to write letter R in the book and select a letter R between
other letters. In the end of the lesson she shows them letter song.

I arrived at 7:42, in this day my MST was sick and I been with the
children for one class. In the beginning she starts dually routines (days
of the week, helper). Then I review with them letter R, and I show them
a letter song and I tell them to sing. I feel very interesting and children
were listening to me and do what I want. After that, I let them to play
with clay, and act. Then, I show them cartoon to keep them quiet. After
that, Arabic teacher came and I tell her there teacher absent, then she
takes the children and teaches them. To be honest I feel tired and
headache and I will never teach without my MST.

My MST was having observation from her manager
and she was waiting her around half hour. Then my
MST starts teaching the children until she coming,
but she still not coming. In the second class the
manager came and the teacher was in other class. In the beginning she starts
dually routines (days of the week, helper).Then she gave them a new lesson its
about letter E. In the beginning of the lesson she show tell them a story about big
elephant, while they listen to the story she was ask them about the color of
elephant and how many leg they have I like this way of question it like what I
learn from my MS Antoinette. Then she show them different thing start with
letter like egg, envelop. After that she let them to write the letter E in the card,
the student was very quiet and listens to her instruction. I think they was quite
because the scared from principle. After that she divides them in four groups and
gives them activity and let them to make elephant mask.
In the end of the class she asks them about what they
learn from the lesson.

Monday 29 February 2016


I arrived to the school then I take student to assemble. At 8:15 the assemble start, as a
usual day the student sing a national anthem song, then do some exercises then they
went to the class. In this day I was teach them. Firstly, I start with greeting them by
good morning song, a day of the week song after that chose helper hand to count
student, change the day, and help me. Secondly, warm up by show them video about
letter E. After that, I show them how to write letter E capital and small letter. After
that, I tell helper hand to bring the basket that include small board and I gave the first
student and tell him to pass the basket then I gave them a pen, some student start
write in the board then I remind them to not start until I count. After each student get
a pen I start to count, some student was very cleaver they writer faster than other.
Then I show them flash card that include many thing start with letter E and I ask them
to see I they remember the word, there was some student tell me in Arabic word but I
tell them to say in English. After that, I gave the first student the card and I whispered
in his ear then I tell them to passes to other student and do what I did. This way was I
think is perfect way because its prove conservation and the student will remember the
name of the picture. After that, I divide them four groups and I give them activity.
First activity has two baskets that include egg toy and the student choose the egg that
include letter E, that for low level, and for medium level they have a big picture of
elephant that include many numbers and each number have a color and the student
should color according to the number and for high level is puzzle they should
collect each part to make picture of elephant. While they do activity I was observe
what they do, and then I ask them to show me what they do. In the end of the class
I gave them book to write letter E.

Tuesday 1March 2016


In this day we didnt take any lesson because we have trip to Alhamedia Park.
In the beginning of the morning we count the student and gave each student's
shirt to wear it the trip. Shirt has two colors, yellow for boys and blue for
girls. I like this ways to separate them.
When we arrived there we let the student to make line, then we let them to sit
in the grass. After that we gave them breakfast, and then we let them to play.
While the student plays I was sitting with teacher and we took together and
eat cup cake and there was many food. After that, I take a few students to see
the deer. They were happy and existing to see what this animals look like.
When I take them there I let them to make a line to be in order. When we
arrived the c
. It was a huge and some of children felt scared. When we come back to our
place there was some teacher rented a bicycle. Then some teacher tells me to
drive the bicycle. I feel very interesting and exiting when I drive. The
children were climb above the bicycle and catch it strongly. I was laughing
when I saw them. Then I went to buy ice-cream, then we let the student to
drawing on the paper. In the end of the trip we collect the children and steel
ne children cry because he wants to still on the bicycle. This child is a
special need person but when he cry he look cute I like him. The teacher
was take video for him to send to his mother.
After that we back to the school and the children preparing to go home.
Real I feel that was a special day and I built a good relationship with
teacher.

In 2 of March 2016, Wednesday teacher review with children letter E and how to make sentence.
So first she was start with routine (hello song, day of the week song then helper hand). In the
beginning teacher ask them the helper hand is. Then ask them what helper hand do. After that
she let the helper hand to count student and change the day of the week. Then she review letter E
with use name card. Then she show them different picture and if its start with letter E they put
their finger up and if its wrong they put their finger down. I like this way and the children feel
interesting. After that, she song to pass the card between the child and give them card to write
letter E. Then, the principle call to her and she went out and let me complete the lesson with
other intern. We was gave them a word of elephant and tell them to write it in the card. Then
after they finish we tell to clean up an collect the card then we show them a
litter song until the MST come. When the MST arrived the class finish.
Sunday 6 March 2016
In the beginning teacher let the student to do exercise before start the lesson,
then, she great each student. After than she asks them the helper hand is. Then
ask them what helper hand do. After that she let the helper hand to count
student and change the day of the week. After that she gave them the lesson, it is about the
animals. She shows them the different animals and told them what thing we take from animals.
Then she show them video about how we make the medication. Then she shows them song about
the farm. In the end of the class teacher review with them the letter. After they finish class they
eat breakfast, then they play in the playground. After that, they start Arabic lesson. At
12:30 the student went to home.
Monday 7 March 2016
In the beginning of the day I start with student the daily routine, I let them do exercise
before start the lesson, then, I great each student. After that, I ask them who the helper
hand. Then I ask them what helper hand do. After that I let the helper hand to count student and
change the day of the week. After that the MST starts the lesson, the lesson was about
letter O, first of the lesson she read for them story its about letter O. After that she let
them to draw the letter O in the board. Then she gave student clay, and tells them to make
letter O, they was happy and this gross their fine motor skills. Then she shows them many
picture starts with letter O, and tell them what name for each one and let them to repeat the
name. After that she divides them to 3 groups first group it find a letter O, second croup
write letter O in the book, last group is about create an octopus. While they do the activity
she was observe them and help them. After they finish, she clap her hand and count until
ten, and tell the student to clean up. After that she corrects the book and asks the student
what they learn.

Tuesday 8 march 2016


8-March-2016, I was have lesson It was about plural, I thinking it will be hard to
teach them a plural because they still young, but my MST tells me they are take
the plural in Arabic lesson. As usual I start with routine (morning song, day of
the week song and helper hand, the weather song). Then warm up the lesson by
show them video about plural.
After that, I show them a shape of plural and how it looks like. I bring a wood
and make like a plus. Then I let each student to try to make a plural by use a
small stake. My MST was happy and she told me when I let the student try they
will learn better. Then I gave each student paper that have a number, plus and
equal and I told them to make an equation. Some student not understands what
I want, then I translation to Arabic because their first language and I show them
example. Then they understand and for Hasan he is a special need I let them to
wears a plus because he have a difficulty to counting the numbers. Hassan did
not feel less than other and that what I want because the special need have
ability, and should develop their ability. After that I bring a big cork that
have a two cup and plus in the middle and two student will throw the cotton
inside the cup, then the cotton will fell to the plate and the student will count
all the cotton that inside the two plate. Then I divide them in a three group
(low level, medium level and high level). The low level is finding the plus,
and the medium level solves the equation by use hand paper. The high level
is solving the equation by use card. The student was enjoying while I observe them. After they
finish I ask them what they do. In the end of the lesson, I gave gift for student who siting nicely.

In the beginning of the morning it was raining and the children want to go out the
door. And they did not attend to assemble. They still in the class and as usual I
start with routine (morning song, day of the week song and helper hand, the
weather song). Then I start the lesson it was number 9. In the beginning of the
lesson I warm them up by show them video. After that I tell them to make number
nine in the air. They were listening to me carefully and do what I want. Then I
gave each student stick and let them to make number nine. They were happy and
feel fun. Suddenly they tell to the student too went to the home because the
weather came worst. I felt resentful because I still not finish my lesson and my
activity. After the children went to home I site with my MST and show her my
activity and how I want to teach the student. She was proud about what I did.

After the children sang the national anthem they come back to the class
In this day I was teach the student number ten. In the begging of the class I was talking with
student about how they spend the holiday. After that I let them to set until my MCT come. Then
I see Hasen sleep, he is a special need student, I take him to the board and let them to write
number.
After that my MCT inter to the class the children was look at her amazement, because its a first
time they see my teacher. I start the class by do the routine. I let them to do some exercises, then
I greet each student by call their name.
After that I chose the helper hand and let the helper hand count the student and change the day of
the week. After that I show them the video, it was about number ten. After the video finish I
show them number ten and let them to passes to each student by say the number. Then I show
them the PowerPoint that has many questions on it. The children were very smart them know the
number ten before because they take it in Arabic lesson. After that I play with them cup numbers
by show them a many cups that have different numbers on it and when I change the cup the
student tell me what the number that they see it. After that, I show them different color of cars
and I ask them about the color, then I chose one girls and let her to show me ten pieces of read
car. After that, I do the group activity; I do four of the group activity. First group I give them
puzzle its about elephant picture, the second group I give them the plate and tongs and tell them
to pick up ten tongs and put it in the plate. The third group I give them an A3 paper and small
card that have animals and I tell them put the picture that include .number ten. The lower group I
give them the number ten and I tell them to put ten pieces of sticker on the paper. Before they
start I count unit number three. Then I observe what they do and my MCT was helping the
children to open the sticker and folder that have a number paper. I real proud about what I did
and I feel happy, also my MCT like the class. After that my MCT went outside of the class to
talk with my MST while I complete the lesson. Then I give them a whole activity its about plate
of eggs and each children will put gravel according to the number that inside the eggs plate. The
children were very smart and Hasen from special need was participated in the lesson and I feel
happy for that because sometimes he is Stubborn. When I finish the class my MCT give me the
feedback and also my MST give me the feedback in the end of the day.

Monday 12 April 2016


In this day teacher Mariam was teach them. She gave them lesson about gray color. I like her
way of teach. In the beginning she gave them story about elephant and asks them what the color
of elephant. Then she gave them the color gray and shows them from which color we can get
gray. Then she brings two colors black and white and put it in top of her finger then she mix to
finger together. After that she let each student to try. They were very happy when they mix the
color. Then she gave them the picture of elephant and let them to point with their finger. After
that, she gave them a group activity. It is about color gray, she gave them papers that include
many animals that have a many color include the gray and she tell them to cut the animals that
have a gray color. After they finish, she tell them to wash their hand.

In 13 of April 2016, I taught the student lesson about letter L. In the beginning of the
day the student came from bus to the class they put their stuff then they went to
assemble. After assemble, they back to the class. So first I was start with routine (hello
song, day of the week song then helper hand). For this lesson I start my lesson by
show them video song that include letter L, to be active with me. Then show them the
thing start with letter L (lion, lemon, lamp, leaf and lollypop). After that I show them a
real material like lollypop, lemon and leaf and let each student touch it. Then I let
them to play game. The game is about paper that include many picture and the student
will around the pen on the paper and when the pen stop the student will tell me what
picture that pen stop on it. They were very exciting and each one wants to try. After
that, I gave them paper that include many picture and they make circle for picture start
with letter L. After they finish I tell them to put the paper in the basket then I count to
ten and tell them to sit in the carpet. After that, I show then a lollypop and ask them if
they want to create a lollypop, they were very exciting and happy. Then I bring the
material and I show them how to create the lollypop step by step. Then I let them to
create own lollypop. After they finish they tell me if the can take it at home, and I let
them to take it at home. In the end of the class I show them cartoon.

In the Wednesday the teacher was review with them letter L she show them how
write letter L in the board. After that she play with them, the game it was two toy
first one lion and lemon was second. She put in her back the two toys, and then she
show them the toy and ask them it is this lemon. She tells but they finger up if it is
right and if it wrong they put their finger down. After that she throws the toy for
each student and tell them to say it in full sentence they was try to say in a full
sentence. Then she gave them a real material that start with letter L, and let them to
touch it. Then she read for them story and she act by use her voice. After that she was discus of
the characters of the story the student was like the story. Then she let them to act the story, the
children was laugh and play while they acting. In the end of the class, she shows them song.

In this day I was absent because I was travelling to Saudi Arabia, and I tell to my MST that I will
came in Monday.

Monday 18 April 2016


In this day was a last day to teach student. The lesson that I teach them is
about letter D. In the beginning of the class I read for them a story its about
donkey, dog and duck. The student was happy and they like the story. After
that I show them the letter D and I gave each student small board and tell
them to write letter D. After that I show them picture that starts with letter D
and tell them the name of each picture. Some student was very smart they
already know the name of this picture.
Then I gave them question in the PowerPoint and let each one too answer
the question. After that, I gave them four activities for each group. The first activity
its about puzzle the collect each piece to make a picture of dog, and the other
activity was about select the picture that start with letter D. The third activity is
about small flash card that include picture and they chose the picture start with letter
D. The last activity it is about many letters and the student put tongs for letter D.
After that I divide the student in four group and count until number three then I let
them to do the activity. While they do the activity I was observe them. After they
finish, I let them to show me what they did.
Then I was prepared a real duck I bring it from out door, the student was very
exciting and some student was scared. I let them to touch it and tell me what the name
of these animals. I think this way of teach is better because the student remember
when they say the thing. Then when they finish the lesson some mother came and
bring cake because the birth day of student, they was happy and I was help teacher to
cut the cake is was a nice day. After that, they start to went to the home.

This day was the last day in the school. I really feel sad and I will miss the
kids. When I enter to the class I tell them this will be the last day in the
school and I will not see you again .Some kids hug me and other was
kissing me that was a nice thing from them I really love them and I love all
the kids.
After that I sit in the back of the class to observe them. Then the teacher inters
the class and all them stand up and make with her exercises and the daily
routine. Then she starts the lesson. The lesson was about review all letters that
they take it before. They were very clever and they know the entire letter that
they take it and they know the sound of the letter. The teacher was showing
them picture that they take it before and she ask them about the name for each
one. Then she ask student question that in PowerPoint and she pick up the
quite student. After that, she gave them a new letter is letter G, in the beginning she show them
many picture that start with letter G and let them to reputed. After that she play with them by put
many card in the ground and ask the student about the picture and if the student know the answer
he stand on the write picture.
