NATIONAL MENTORING CONFERENCE 2010

TARGET: YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS AND LEADERS Why Attend
The world today is very challenging mostly to those who have not been mentored towards the new global trends of the new global economy, businesses, leadership and yet organizations and new break throughs are increasingly expecting every individual to have clear cut attitudes, skills and behaviors that characterize a successful achiever. In Uganda today there is a growing rate of unemployment and a big number of people gone to school struggling to have a bright future. Most of these people have knowledge and skills but have not been mentored into performers. Therefore there is a need for society to recognise and embrace mentoring as the best way to create new leaders in starting and managing enterprises as well as creating new cycles of success. This year’s national mentoring conference will empower participants with knowledge, skills and practical coaching experience from people who have made it to the level of models in the field of business and leadership.
